What do you sell?

Hooked Hues sells digital crochet patterns. We do not sell finished physical clothing or handmade items.

Will I receive a physical product?

No. All products are digital downloads only. No physical item will be shipped.

How will I receive my pattern?

After purchase, you will receive access to your digital download. The download link may appear after checkout and/or be sent to your email address.

What language are the patterns written in?

Our patterns are written in English using US crochet terms.

Can I get a refund?

Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are final. Refunds are only considered if you accidentally buy the same pattern twice, receive the wrong file, or cannot access the file and we are unable to fix the issue.

Can I sell items made from your patterns?

Yes, you may sell finished handmade items made by you on a small scale. You may not resell, share, copy, or distribute the pattern itself.

What should I do if I cannot download my file?

Please check your email, spam, and junk folders first. If you still cannot find or access your file, contact us with your order number.
