Refund policy

At Hooked Hues, all products are digital crochet patterns.

Because digital products cannot be physically returned once they have been downloaded or accessed, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for digital products.

Please read the product description carefully before purchasing to make sure the pattern is right for you.

Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:

You accidentally purchased the same pattern twice.

You received the wrong file.

The file is damaged or cannot be opened, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.

If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will do our best to help you resolve the problem.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the digital file has already been successfully delivered and there is no issue with the product.
