Hooked Hues sells digital crochet patterns only.

No physical product will be shipped to you. After your purchase is complete, your crochet pattern will be delivered as a digital download.

Once payment has been confirmed, you will receive access to your digital file. The download link may appear on the order confirmation page and/or be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Because our products are digital downloads, there are no shipping fees.

Please make sure your email address is correct before completing your purchase. If you do not receive your download link, please check your spam or junk folder first.

If you still cannot access your file, contact us and include your order number so we can help you.
